Either one or both of these schools have been represented in the Girls Class 2A Final since 2019. Two-time defending champions, Avonworth, will be the top seed in the classification but will have plenty of competition with a strong field, especially the top four teams, but chances are that both Avonworth and North Catholic will go into this tournament as the prohibitive favorites. The Girls Class 2A tournament kicks off on Tuesday with an eight-match opening round.
